During my social media internship at Drunk Elephant, I contributed to both day-to-day content operations and long-term strategic initiatives. My process included analyzing weekly performance metrics across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to identify trends, predict emerging opportunities, and flag key moments for influencer outreach and expanded reach. This data informed monthly performance reports, where I compiled top-performing posts, identified winning content formats, and provided actionable insights for the team.
I was deeply involved in the content creation pipeline, from ideation to execution. I regularly pitched content ideas and collaborated with my team to film, produce, and edit both video and static content across all platforms. This hands-on work spanned high-production campaign assets and lo-fi, trend-responsive videos that kept the brand culturally relevant. During the Amino Rain launch campaign, I attended the influencer event to capture behind-the-scenes content and edited both polished hero videos and authentic, scrappier cuts for social.
Community management was another core responsibility. I monitored and responded to comments, engaged with tagged posts, and curated user-generated content to strengthen audience relationships. I also sourced social media posts and tweets for the brand's #DESays series, ensuring the content felt authentic and aligned with Drunk Elephant's voice.
My hallmark project was developing a comprehensive, multi-channel social media strategy for the Holiday 2025 campaign. This included platform-specific content recommendations, posting cadence strategies, influencer and brand partnership suggestions, and a state-of-social analysis to position Drunk Elephant competitively during the peak holiday season. The strategy was implemented by the Drunk Elephant team and is currently live across their Instagram and TikTok pages.

HOLIDAY 2025 SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
STRATEGY DECK
Developed Drunk Elephant’s Holiday 2025 social strategy through a comprehensive review of 2024 performance, competitive benchmarking, and platform trends. The project introduced a refreshed creative direction, complete with channel-specific content frameworks, community strategies, and a full seasonal rollout calendar. The aim was to evolve brand perception, increase engagement, and drive efficient holiday conversion across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Following my internship, Drunk Elephant adopted and executed key components of this strategy across their social channels. STRATEGY EXECUTION
Drunk Elephant directly implemented my Holiday 2025 Mini Gallery concept, recreating the art installation framing and “Kits as Art” styling proposed in my strategy. This execution mirrors the layout, visual narrative, and storytelling framework I designed to elevate holiday kits as curated objects on display.
Executed by: Audrey Beaupre, Erica Fouts, and Malia Riviere
As part of my strategy, I recommended a teaser series built around watercolor and artistic in-process imagery to hint at holiday kits without revealing full visuals. Drunk Elephant implemented this idea after my internship, integrating watercolor textures, sketch-style graphics, and painterly storytelling into both their teaser assets and the final Holiday 2025 campaign.
